Delete your Rung Royal data

In the app (the quickest way)

Open Rung Royal → Settings → Account → Delete my data and confirm. It works whether or not you are signed in, and takes effect immediately. If you do not see the button, update the app first, or use the form below.

Without the app

Send us this form, or email support@vybepay.com with the subject Rung Royal data deletion. Tell us the name you played under, so we can find your profile. We reply to confirm and delete within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile on our server: name, XP, avatar, weekly standing
• Your friends list, in both directions, and every pending table invite
• The players you blocked, and other players' blocks of you
• The one-way hash of your Play Games / Game Center ID that links your profile to your account
• Your app ID wherever it is kept with game numbers or live tables
• Your email address, if you gave one for offers and news
• Your cloud save, when you delete from the app while signed in

What is kept, and for how long

• Reports you made, or that others made about you, are kept for safety for up to 180 days, with your app ID and name removed
• Counts with no identifier (such as how many hands were played today) and feedback lines, which never carry an identifier
• Purchase records, which Google Play and the App Store keep under their own obligations
• Analytics and crash data held by Google Firebase, under its own retention settings (described in the privacy policy)

Your cloud save lives in your own Google or Apple account. If you have already uninstalled, you can remove it from your Google Play Games or iCloud settings. Uninstalling deletes everything stored on your phone.
