Delete your Rung Royal data

The quickest way, in the app

Open Rung Royal → Your Preferences → Account → Delete cloud save. It takes effect immediately.

If you have already uninstalled

Email support@vybepay.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject Rung Royal account deletion. We use the sending address to confirm it is yours, and delete within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your cloud save, held in Google Play Games Saved Games

Rung Royal does not create an account of its own. You are signed in with Google Play Games, which is your Google account and stays yours — we can only remove the saved game we wrote to it.

What is not

• Game progress stored on your own phone — deleting the app removes it
• Purchase records, which Google Play keeps for its own tax and refund obligations and which we cannot remove

Anonymous, non-identifying counts (how many games were started or finished) are not linked to any account and so cannot be traced back to you or deleted individually.
