Look Twice: Find Differences keeps your game record on our server under a random install ID. You can delete it at any time, from the game or by email. This page is our data-deletion page for Look Twice on Google Play and the App Store.
Delete in the game
- Open Look Twice and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my data.
- Confirm. Your record on our server is erased at once and the game starts fresh.
What is deleted
Your whole game record on our server:
- your progress: levels and daily levels finished, best stars and times, XP, player level, title and frames;
- your hints and rescues, their timers and the daily gift calendar (hints and rescues you bought are lost too);
- your stars and badges;
- your display name and your leaderboard rows;
- friends challenges you sent or played;
- if you signed in, the link to your Google Play Games or Apple Game Center account (your platform player ID and display name).
Signing out in Settings also removes the link to your Play Games or Game Center account. Achievements and leaderboard entries already held by Google or Apple are managed in their own apps and settings.
Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your phone, but not your record on our server, so please use one of the routes on this page.

Google Play and the App Store keep their own purchase records under their own policies.
Ask us by email
If you cannot open the game, or prefer not to, email support@vybepay.com with the subject Look Twice data deletion. Include the player ID shown in Settings so we can find your record (if you can no longer open the game, tell us your display name instead). We will confirm and delete your data within 30 days.
