These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Essby Fintech Innovations Private Limited, trading as VybePlay Games ("VybePlay Games", "we", "us"). They cover the Look Twice: Find Differences app on Android and iPhone, its game server, and everything in it (together, the "Game").

By tapping Agree when you first open the Game, or by playing it, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://play.vybepay.com/look-twice/privacy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Who can play

• You must be at least 13 years old to play.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must read and accept these Terms for you, and is responsible for your use of the Game, including purchases.
• You may not use the Game if the law where you live does not allow it.

2. The Game and your licence

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these Terms and the rules of the store you got it from.

You may not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Game or any part of it;
• copy, extract, reuse or publish the Game's levels, images, sounds or other content outside the Game, except screenshots and share cards for personal, non-commercial sharing;
• reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Game, except where the law expressly allows it;
• use cheats, bots, modified apps, or tools that change or automate play, or interfere with our servers, other players or the ads;
• send our servers fake, altered or automated results, receipts or ad rewards.

3. Ownership

The Game and everything in it — the levels and illustrations, characters, designs, sounds, music, text, software, names and logos — belong to VybePlay Games or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Apart from the licence above, these Terms give you no rights in them.

4. Your progress and account

• You can play without an account. Your progress is saved on your phone and, when you are online, on our server under a random install ID.
• Signing in with Google Play Games (Android) or Apple Game Center (iPhone) is optional and never required. It is offered in Settings and after Level 5. If you sign in, your progress, stars, badges and purchases are linked to that account and follow it to other phones, and the Game's badges and leaderboard standings are mirrored to Play Games or Game Center achievements and leaderboards, where your platform display name may be shown under that platform's own settings. As a guest, your progress cannot be moved to a new phone.
• Our server checks every result before it counts. If the phone and the server disagree, the server's record is the one that applies.
• You are responsible for activity on your device and platform account.

5. Display names, leaderboards and friends challenges

• Your display name and your results are shown to other players on the leaderboards, and to anyone you send a friends challenge link to.
• Choose a name that is not offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading, or someone else's, and that contains no personal information such as a phone number or address. We may refuse or replace any name, without notice.
• Leaderboards rank results that our server has accepted. We may remove results, rows or players that we reasonably believe were achieved by cheating or by breaking these Terms, and our decision on rankings is final.

6. Hints, rescues, stars and other items

The Game has in-game items such as hints, rescues, stars, XP, badges, titles, frames and bonus packs. You earn some by playing, some by watching optional videos, some as daily gifts, and some by buying them.

• In-game items are a limited licence to use a feature of the Game. They are not money or property, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the Game, and cannot be sold, traded or moved to another player or another game.
• Stars, XP, badges and titles are earned by play only. They cannot be bought.
• Hints and rescues are used up when you use them.
• We may change how items are earned, how many you receive, what they do, and the Game's other settings, for example to keep the Game balanced. We will not take away items you bought and have not used, except as these Terms allow (such as cheating, a refunded purchase, or deleting your data).

7. Purchases

• Purchases (such as Remove Ads, hint packs, rescue packs and bundles) are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their terms, at the price the store shows you, including any taxes. We never receive your payment details.
• A purchase is delivered once the store confirms it and our server credits it. Hints and rescues are consumable: once delivered, they are yours to use and are not "restored". Remove Ads is a one-time purchase for the account that bought it; use Restore purchases in Settings to get it back on a new phone or after a reinstall.
• If you delete your data, hints and rescues you bought are lost, but Remove Ads can be brought back with Restore purchases.
• Remove Ads stops banner ads and ads between levels. Videos you choose to watch for a reward remain available.
• Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its policies and any rights the law gives you. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may remove what it gave you.
• If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel a digital purchase, you agree that delivery starts at once and that the right ends when the item is delivered, to the extent the law allows.
• If something you bought does not arrive, email support@vybepay.com with the store's order number.

8. Ads

The Game is free to play and shows ads, served by Google AdMob and its partners. Ads are chosen and shown by them, not by us, and we are not responsible for what an advertiser offers. Rewards for optional videos are given once the video ends; daily limits apply, and a reward is not given if the video does not load or is not finished. How ads use data, and the choices you have, are explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes, availability and offline play

• Levels and settings arrive from our server over time, and the Game plays offline with levels it has already downloaded.
• We may update, change, add or remove features, levels, events and items, and some updates may be required to keep playing.
• We aim to keep the Game available but do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may stop offering the Game; if we do, we will give reasonable notice in the Game where we can.

10. Suspending or ending your use

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access to the online parts of the Game, remove items or results, or remove your name, if you break these Terms, cheat, abuse the Game or other players, or if the law requires it. Sections 3, 6, 11, 12, 13 and 15 continue after these Terms end.

11. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Game is fit for a particular purpose, free of errors, or that results, rankings or saved progress will never be lost. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, VybePlay Games and its people are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of data, progress, items or profits, arising from the Game or these Terms. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

13. Your responsibility

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims by others that arise because you broke these Terms or misused the Game.

14. Apple and Google

If you got the Game from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and VybePlay Games, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.
• If the Game fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Game; to the fullest extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for any claims about the Game, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection or privacy claims, or claims that it infringes someone else's intellectual property. We are responsible for those to the extent these Terms say so.
• You confirm that you are not barred from receiving the Game by sanctions or export laws that apply to you.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• You must also follow the App Store's own terms of use.

If you got the Game from Google Play, Google Play's terms of service also apply, and Google is not a party to these Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or under your local law, which these Terms do not take away. Before bringing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms, for example when the Game changes or the law requires it. We will update the effective date at the top and, for an important change, tell you in the Game before it applies. If you keep playing after a change applies, you accept the new Terms.

17. General

• If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
• You may not transfer these Terms to anyone else; we may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business.
• These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Game.
• These Terms may be offered in other languages. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version governs.
